Version 4 checker mats for the FL5 Type R, made to order in Melbourne. This is the final revision of the pattern, refined over three earlier versions to sit flat against the FL5 footwell.
Fitment
- Honda Civic Type R FL5, 2022 onward
- Honda Civic FL1 hatch, same generation
- Acura Integra Type S DE5, which shares the platform
- Left hand drive and right hand drive both available, choose at checkout
Construction
- High low loop carpet, cut and bound by hand
- Nylon heel pad on the driver mat where wear actually happens
- Rubber nipple backing plus velcro strips, so the mat stays put under braking
- Red with black checker
Care
Vacuum regularly. For deeper cleaning, brush with a soft carpet brush and mild detergent, then air dry fully before refitting. Do not machine wash.
FAQ
What is the difference from the Racing Red set? This one carries the black checker pattern. The Racing Red set is solid red, closer to the factory Type R look.
Anything else for the FL5 interior? The clutch area and door sills wear fast, see the driver side protector and the side step protector.
Will these fit an FK8? No. Use the FK8 and FK7 set.

Unless otherwise stated, all products we sell are brand new and come with the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase, such as order number or invoice.
Products purchased second-hand or through unauthorised channels are not covered by any warranty.
Not Covered Under Warranty or Returns
Once a product has been installed or used, it is deemed accepted by the buyer in its current condition. Any subsequent damage, defect, or performance issue is the buyer’s responsibility. Dream Performance will not be liable and does not provide returns, exchanges or warranty support in such cases.
Damage resulting from DIY installations, or installations performed by unqualified mechanics or non-standard workshops, is not covered by any warranty.
Items that are not faulty, or that can no longer be considered brand new due to installation or use, are not eligible for return. All electrical products, as well as items used for racing, off-road, or modifications not approved for public road use, carry no warranty whatsoever.
If you discover a product defect before installation or use, please contact us immediately with photos. Follow our return process; return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Once confirmed to be a valid product defect, we will arrange a replacement.
