Refund policy

What can be returned?

Non-perishable/consumable products are permitted to be returned provided they are in the original, unopened condition. Products such as oils and brake fluids are permitted to be returned provided the seal has not been broken. If such a product has been opened/used, we cannot accept the return. If by chance the product is faulty upon arrival, we will provide a refund as per Australian Consumer Law. Apparel based products such as t-shirts and jackets are permitted to return if the sizing is incorrect, however, shipping costs are to be covered by the purchaser.

When do I return my order?

Orders must be returned within 10 business days, we will allow extra time for international orders, once returned in its original condition we will process a refund or exchange if required.

How do I return my order?

We recommend booking either a courier or dropping by your local post office to arrange delivery to us. Please ensure that all contents are in the original condition they arrived in and that the original invoice is also included.

Will I receive a refund?

Yes! We don’t believe in-store credit here and all returns will be seen through with a full refund if the customer chooses to do so, please be aware that shipping costs associated with returning your product will have to be covered by the purchaser, once returned we’ll process your refund within 1-3 business days of the order landing back at our shop. If by chance the product has not been returned to us in fully re-sealable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item you are returning.

Can I return my order in-store?

Absolutely, feel free to drop in at 50 Renver Rd, Clayton VIC 3168, Australia. Once here we can process your return or exchange on the spot. Please be aware we are open from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (APPOINTMENT ONLY)

Warranty & Product Use Terms Warranty Policy 
Unless otherwise stated, all products we sell are brand new and come with the manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase, such as order number or invoice.

Products purchased second-hand or through unauthorised channels are not covered by any warranty.

Not Covered Under Warranty or Returns
Once a product has been installed or used, it is deemed accepted by the buyer in its current condition. Any subsequent damage, defect, or performance issue is the buyer’s responsibility. Dream Performance will not be liable and does not provide returns, exchanges or warranty support in such cases.

Damage resulting from DIY installations, or installations performed by unqualified mechanics or non-standard workshops, is not covered by any warranty.

Items that are not faulty, or that can no longer be considered brand new due to installation or use, are not eligible for return. All electrical products, as well as items used for racing, off-road, or modifications not approved for public road use, carry no warranty whatsoever.

If you discover a product defect before installation or use, please contact us immediately with photos. Follow our return process; return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Once confirmed to be a valid product defect, we will arrange a replacement.

Product Images & Colour Disclaimer
We make every effort to accurately depict product colours and details. However, due to differences in screens and lighting conditions, actual products may vary slightly from images.

Returns will not be accepted for colour differences or reasons related to personal expectations.

Product Use & Compliance Responsibility
Some products may not be ADR or CAMS approved, and are not intended for public road use — only for show, racing, closed-course or off-road applications. Ensuring that vehicles and components comply with all federal, state, and local laws is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Any risks and liabilities arising from the use of performance products are solely borne by the buyer, and Dream Performance accepts no associated liability.

Pre-Order Policy
All pre-order items are custom made to order, and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded under any circumstances.

Right of Final Interpretation
Dream Performance reserves the right of final interpretation of the above terms.
