The Brembo F50 is one of the most proven four piston calipers ever made, the same family of caliper that came factory on cars far more expensive than anything it gets fitted to in the JDM scene. That pedigree is exactly why F50 big brake kits became the default serious upgrade for Honda, Subaru and Mitsubishi platforms: massive thermal capacity, firm pedal, parts availability everywhere on earth. This guide explains which of our F50 kits fits your car and which pads to run in them.
Which kit fits my car
Subaru WRX, STI, FT86 and BRZ
We run two versions of the Subaru fitment kit, identical in hardware and price, different in caliper finish. Pick by the look you want against your wheels: gold is the classic STI pairing, green is the standout choice.
Both fit WRX and STI from 2002 onward plus FT86, GT86 and BRZ, which share the Subaru hub pattern.
Honda S2000
The S2000 gets its own dedicated kit. The AP1 and AP2 front hub and knuckle geometry differ from the Civic family, so this kit is built around the S2000 specifically rather than adapted.

The multi fit kit covers the widest spread: Accord Euro R CL7, S2000, WRX, Evo, Civic Type R and even the Alphard for the people carrier crowd who tow and load heavy. Tell us your exact chassis and year at checkout so we confirm the right bracket set ships with it.
F50 Big Brake Kit, CL7 S2000 WRX Evo Type RShop now →Will they clear my wheels?
The honest answer for any big brake kit: it depends on your exact wheel, not just the diameter. Most 17 inch and larger performance wheels with aggressive spoke profiles clear the F50 caliper, but some 17s with flat spokes will not. Before ordering, send us your wheel model and size and we will confirm clearance, it takes a day and saves a return.
Pads: the choice that matters as much as the caliper
An F50 caliper is only as good as the pad in it, and we stock two ceramic compounds sized for it.
The RS Blue works from cold, 0 to 650 degrees. That is the street and spirited driving pad: full bite on the first stop of a cold morning, quiet, easy on discs. The TS Purple is the race compound, 50 to 850 degrees. It holds bite at temperatures that would cook a street pad, which is what you want lapping, but it needs heat in it to work, so it is the wrong choice for a car that mostly commutes.
Simple rule: street car with occasional hard driving, RS Blue. Track days and mountain runs where the brakes stay hot, TS Purple.
